Automation is no longer just about making repetitive processes faster.

01

What it is about

At this roundtable, we will present six agents from ongoing client projects, grouped into three thematic blocks: figures and planning, documents and knowledge, governance and control. In between, there will be time for discussion.

02

Ask the monthly closing

The monthly closing is available. Forty pages, three appendices. The question you actually have is not stated anywhere: Why does the margin in the East region deviate from plan, and was this already addressed in the last board meeting?

03

The difference

Today, this question is answered by a person who needs a week to do so. With AI, it can be answered in one sentence, including a source reference.

04

Questions we will answer live

Where does the margin deviate from plan, and since when? What was discussed but not followed up on? Where is a signature or approval missing without anyone noticing? Why do certain people repeatedly approve invoices just below the approval threshold, and how do you ensure that there are no conflicts of interest?

from ongoing customer projects

Six agents, three focus areas

Finance Agent (Block 1)

Figures, planning, and budget

Group-wide consolidations, analyses, and queries in natural language instead of pivot tables; variance analysis against plan and prior year; budget draft compared with actual figures, including an explanation for every anomaly. Each answer references the accounting entry it is based on.

Account Payable-Agent (Block 1)

Next-generation accounts payable processing

The agent reads the invoice, matches it against the purchase order and delivery note, automatically assigns the accounting code, and prepares it for approval. Exceptions are routed to a person with an explanation; the standard case runs through automatically.

Chairman Agent (Bock 2)

What is missing from the documents

Access to board documents and other sensitive governance bodies such as the Investment Committee, Audit Committee, or Risk Committee, spanning several years. The aim is to identify decisions, conditions, open agenda items, inconsistencies with previous reporting, as well as shifts in tone and level of detail over time.

Whisperer Agent (Block 2)

The right answer at the Annual General Meeting

Built for a listed company that needs to provide an immediate, evidence-based answer at the Annual General Meeting. The agent searches the filed business documents and responds within seconds, with a direct link to the relevant page in the source document.

Register (Block 3)

Governance documents managed centrally

Regulations, contracts, powers of attorney, and evidence managed company-wide, with deadlines, responsibilities, and version status. The agent reports what has expired, where a signature is missing, and which document contradicts another.

Forensic Agent (Block 3)

Irregularities in invoices

Duplicate payments, round amounts just below the approval threshold, new payment details for a known supplier. In addition, a check against the commercial register: Is the person approving the payment connected to the supplier? The agent does not decide; it escalates with a reason.
