As Solutions Sales Executive you drive our growth strategy — lead generation, positioning our automation solutions and closing deals across the DACH market.
Your tasks
- New-customer acquisition across the DACH region
- Building a lead pipeline for end-to-end automation
- Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Liaison between customers and our engineering/consulting team
Must-haves
- 3+ years in solution sales (IT services)
- Solid technical understanding of our solution approaches
- Fluent German and English
You actively build new customer contacts across the DACH region, run first conversations and qualify leads together with marketing and the tech team.
Your tasks
- Build new customer contacts and lasting relationships
- Run first conversations with prospective customers
- Qualify leads strategically with marketing/tech
- Act as an Automatify ambassador in the market
Must-haves
- Experience in B2B sales (RPA, AI, SaaS or digitalisation)

You take technical ownership of our sales process and rapidly build MVPs that show how our automation solutions solve real customer problems.
Your tasks
- Build PoC/MVP automations in Python
- Design prompts and tools for cloud and on-prem LLMs
- Integrate Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Functions, Logic Apps
- Draft technical proposals incl. architecture diagrams
Must-haves
- Experience with Python and Azure AI services
- Understanding of agentic AI architectures
- German a plus
You present project plans in German and English, understand customer requirements and steer project delivery and budget.
Your tasks
- Align project plans with customers
- Capture requirements through targeted questions

- Experience as RPA project manager/consultant

You implement process automations with Power Automate, design technical solutions and document them cleanly.
Your tasks
- Implement automations with Power Automate

- Build business apps and chatbots with Power Apps/Virtual Agents
- Support less experienced colleagues
Must-haves
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Clean documentation and best-practice discipline
- Enjoys collaborative teamwork
You're the central point of contact for our delivered solutions, advise customers and coordinate the delivery team.
Your tasks
- Advise customers on technical/organisational details
- Align the delivery team on quality and customer satisfaction
- Identify and remove blockers early
- Coordinate 1–4 process implementations weekly
Must-haves
- Experience with UiPath
- Confident written/spoken German and English
- Strong organisational skills
You implement process automations on the UiPath platform and document them in our standardised solution-design format.
